As the CDSCOlicence holder for the Neuro Cytotron device, Scalene Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. isrequired to collect treatment efficacy and outcome data from patients whoproceed to treatment, and report it to the Central Drugs Standard ControlOrganisation (CDSCO) as part of its statutory post-market surveillance andregulatory compliance obligations. Such data may be transmitted in identifiableor de-identified form, as determined by the applicable regulatory requirementor as deemed appropriate by Scalene Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. in the discharge ofits statutory duties. Patients are informed of this obligation and provideexplicit consent as part of the clinical onboarding process.
5.Sharing of Information
We do not sell,rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information with:
• Senior medicalconsultants or specialists engaged by Ardram Therapeutic LLP for clinicalguidance and treatment advice, at our sole discretion.
• Scalene CyberneticsPvt. Ltd., the manufacturer and CDSCO licence holder of the Neuro Cytotrondevice, for treatment optimisation, clinical guidance, and statutorypost-market surveillance reporting to CDSCO.
• Technology serviceproviders (e.g. website hosting, CRM) bound by written data processingagreements consistent with applicable law.
• Regulatory or legalauthorities, including the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO),if required by law or regulation.
