Everything You Need to Know—Upfront
Cytotron is a CDSCO-approved, non-invasive medical device that uses Rotational Field Quantum Magnetic Resonance (RFQMR) to modulate cellular behaviour at a biophysical level. It is used to treat neurological disorders (Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis), musculoskeletal conditions (osteoarthritis, AVN), and as supportive care in oncology.
Yes. Cytotron operates in the non-ionising electromagnetic spectrum — the same broad category as radio waves and MRI. It produces no ionising radiation, no tissue heating, and no DNA damage. There are no known side effects. The device has been in clinical use for over 20 years and holds regulatory approvals across India, the EU, and multiple other jurisdictions.
No. Treatment is entirely painless. Patients feel nothing during the session. Many children sleep comfortably throughout. There is no recovery period — patients can resume normal activities immediately.
One treatment cycle consists of 28 consecutive daily sessions, each lasting 45–60 minutes. The standard protocol recommends up to three cycles, with a minimum 90-day interval between cycles.
At our centre, we treat Cerebral Palsy, Stroke rehabilitation, and Multiple Sclerosis as primary neurological indications (CDSCO approved, March 2026). We also treat musculoskeletal conditions including osteoarthritis and avascular necrosis, and provide supportive care for oncology patients (pain reduction, quality-of-life improvement).
Cytotron therapy is palliative and functional improvement-oriented — it is not positioned as a cure. The therapy supports measurable functional improvement, symptom management, and quality of life. Results vary by patient, condition, severity, and individual response.
Treatment costs are discussed during the remote pre-consultation. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden charges. Please contact us at care@ardram.com or via the enquiry form on this site for detailed fee information.
Yes. We serve patients from the Gulf, the UK, Central Asia, Latin America, and beyond. Our team provides support with accommodation guidance, visa documentation, and clinical coordination throughout your stay in Bengaluru. See the International Patients page for full details.
A comprehensive outcome review is conducted at the end of the treatment cycle. The regenerative effects of RFQMR are expected to continue beyond the treatment period. Follow-up assessment is recommended at 3 and 6 months. Additional cycles may be recommended based on clinical response.
Insurance coverage for Cytotron therapy varies by provider and jurisdiction. We can provide all required clinical documentation, treatment plans, and invoices to support a claim with your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your insurer before travelling.
No. Cytotron therapy can be used alongside physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other rehabilitation programmes. It is designed to complement, not replace, your existing care plan. Your medical team will advise on specific considerations during the pre-consultation.
