The Therapy Journey

1
Enquiry
You contact us via the enquiry form on this website, by email at management@ardram.com, by phone at +91 93725 53756, or via WhatsApp. Tell us about the patient, their condition, and any relevant medical history. There is no obligation at this stage.
2
Remote Pre-Consultation
Our clinical team reviews the information you have shared and arranges a remote consultation — by video call or phone — with our medical team. This consultation assesses whether Cytotron therapy is appropriate for the patient’s specific condition and medical history. We will advise you honestly if the therapy is unlikely to be beneficial.
3
Clinical Intake & Assessment
On arrival at our centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru, the patient undergoes a comprehensive clinical intake. This includes a review of all prior medical records, a physical and neurological examination by our Resident Medical Officer, and a pre-therapy MRI scan (if not recently performed) to provide the proton density data required for individualised dosimetry planning.
4
Personalised Treatment Plan
Based on the clinical intake and MRI data, a personalised treatment protocol is prepared. This defines the specific RFQMR-FRB parameters — frequency, intensity, and target region — customised for the patient’s condition. The treatment plan is reviewed and approved by our visiting Consultant Neurologist before therapy begins.
5
The 28-Day Treatment Cycle
Therapy is delivered daily for 28 consecutive days. Each session lasts 45–60 minutes. The patient lies comfortably within the Cytotron device bore while the therapy is administered. There is no pain, no sensation, and no recovery period — the patient can resume normal activities immediately after each session.

Throughout the cycle, our medical team monitors the patient’s response. Structured progress reviews are conducted weekly, and families receive regular updates on observed changes and clinical indicators.
A Typical Day
Morning:  Arrive at the centre. Brief clinical check by the attending nurse.
Session:  45–60 minutes of RFQMR-FRB therapy. Patient rests comfortably. Children may sleep.
Post-Session:  No recovery period. Patient is free to leave and resume the day.
Weekly Review:  Formal progress discussion with the medical team. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend.
6
Outcome Review & Discharge
At the conclusion of the 28-day cycle, a comprehensive outcome review is conducted. This includes clinical assessment, comparison against intake baseline, and discussion of observed improvements and ongoing expectations. A detailed clinical summary is provided to the patient and their referring physician.
7
Follow-Up & Additional Cycles
The regenerative effects of RFQMR therapy are expected to continue beyond the treatment period. Follow-up assessment is typically recommended at 3 months and 6 months post-treatment. Additional treatment cycles may be recommended, with a minimum 90-day interval between cycles. Standard protocol includes up to three cycles.
