Dheeraj previously headed the Physiotherapy Department at Amal Inclusive Living Hub, and now works alongside the Cytotron protocol to support patients' functional recovery, motor skills, and mobility gains.

Over 7 years of multidisciplinary healthcare experience spanning hospital operations, clinical documentation, and direct patient care, including ICU and COVID-ward management at Bangalore hospitals. A certified Cytotron expert with hands-on oncology and regenerative-therapy experience, Dr. Anju brings an Ayurveda- and Yoga-rooted perspective to patient wellbeing, and is the familiar face coordinating patients and families through every stage of their stay — from intake and scheduling through the clinical records and progress documentation behind each treatment cycle.

They are supported by a responsive and competent nursing staff, all of whom are certified BLS (Basic Life Support) specialists. The founding team behind Ardram, responsible for the clinic's overall direction, commercial strategy, partnerships and international outreach. All clinical assessments, treatment recommendations and patient-care decisions remain exclusively with qualified medical and scientific professionals.

He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate and investment banking across India and the UAE, including structured and project finance roles at BNP Paribas, HSBC, ABN AMRO, and First Abu Dhabi Bank. His last stint was with Axis Bank, where he was Business Head for Structured Trade Finance.
